Follicle & Co. offers a micro-infusion system consisting of a microneedle device and clinical-grade hair growth serum. Our products are cosmetic products, not drugs or medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Product Claims & Clinical Evidence

All ingredient claims on our website reference published, peer-reviewed clinical studies conducted on individual ingredients at the concentrations we use. We have not yet conducted a clinical trial on our complete formulation. Phrases like “clinically backed” refer to ingredient-level evidence, not product-level trials. Individual results may vary based on genetics, stage of hair loss, consistency of use, and other factors.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Follicle & Co. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Ordering & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel orders if pricing errors occur or if products are unavailable.

5. Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Free shipping is available on orders over $100. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
