Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping on orders over $100
• Standard shipping (3–7 business days): $5.99
• Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order at follicleand.co/pages/track-order.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@follicleand.co. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement at no cost.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no external indication of the contents.
