1. Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the Micro-Infusion System. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 90 days of your order date.
This isn't a marketing gimmick with fine-print exclusions. We built this guarantee because hair growth takes time, and we want you to have a real window to evaluate the product. Use it, follow the protocol, and if you're not happy with the experience, we'll give you your money back.
Yes, you can return used products. We expect you to actually try the system before deciding. Unopened returns are fine too, but we designed the guarantee around real-world use.
2. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward:
- Email us at hello@follicleand.co with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number.
- We'll confirm your request within 2 business days and provide return shipping instructions if applicable.
- Ship the product back (if requested) using the instructions provided. Not all refunds require a return — we'll let you know.
- Receive your refund once we process your request.
That's it. No phone trees, no hoops, no "retention specialists" trying to talk you out of it.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
- Refund approval: Within 2 business days of your request (or receipt of returned product, if applicable).
- Refund issued: Within 5-7 business days of approval, back to your original payment method.
- Bank processing: Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.
In total, expect the refund to appear on your statement within 2-3 weeks of your initial request.
4. Return Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 90 days of the original order date.
- Used and partially used products are eligible for a full refund. We mean it.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging when possible, but we won't reject a return over a missing box.
- Limit of one refund per customer per product type. The guarantee is designed for customers giving the product a fair try, not for repeated purchases and returns.
5. Return Shipping
- Domestic returns (US): You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Damaged or defective products: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost (see Section 7 below).
The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
6. Exchanges
We currently offer a single product (the Micro-Infusion System) in different supply quantities. If you'd like to exchange for a different quantity:
- Request a refund for your current order following the process above.
- Place a new order for your preferred quantity.
We'll process the refund and new order simultaneously to make this as smooth as possible. Just mention in your email that you'd like to exchange, and we'll coordinate.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, with broken cartridges, or with any product defect:
- Email us immediately at hello@follicleand.co with photos of the damage and your order number.
- We'll ship a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.
- Return shipping on us. We'll provide a prepaid return label if we need the damaged product back.
Damage claims should be reported within 14 days of delivery for fastest resolution, though we'll work with you on a reasonable timeline.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Orders where a refund has already been issued for the same product type (one guarantee per customer).
- Refund requests made more than 90 days after the order date.
- Gift cards (if offered in the future).
9. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before it ships, email us at hello@follicleand.co as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but if we catch it before it leaves our facility, we'll cancel and refund in full with no return needed.
