BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Prepare your scalp

  • Clean scalp — Wash and towel-dry your hair. Remove any styling products, oils, or residue.
  • No other products — Do not apply minoxidil, serums, or treatments before your session.
  • Evening is best — Apply before bed so the serum absorbs overnight while you sleep.
  • Dry hair — Your scalp should be completely dry. Part your hair to expose the thinning areas.

Open

Tear open the sterile foil pouch. Snap the pre-filled cartridge into the device handle. Each cartridge contains 5ml of serum.

Apply

Press the device gently against thinning areas. The 0.5mm microneedles create channels while dispensing serum directly into the dermis. Work section by section.

Done

Leave the serum on your scalp — do not rinse. Dispose of the used cartridge. That’s it. Next session in 7–10 days.

Work in sections

Part your hair to expose the scalp. Focus on your specific thinning area — crown, hairline, or part line. Systematic coverage beats random application.

Gentle, even pressure

You don’t need to press hard. The microneedles are designed to penetrate at light pressure. Let the device do the work.

Use the full cartridge

Each session should use one complete cartridge. The 5ml volume is calibrated for full scalp coverage of thinning areas.

Leave it on

Do not wash your hair for at least 4–6 hours after application. The serum needs time to absorb through the microchannels.

Redness is normal

Mild redness and tingling after treatment is expected and means the microneedles are working. This typically fades within 24–48 hours.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

Post-treatment care

  • No washing for 4–6 hours — Let the serum fully absorb through the microchannels before showering.
  • Avoid harsh products for 24 hours — No alcohol-based styling products, heavy gels, or chemical treatments on the treated area.
  • Minoxidil spacing — If you use minoxidil, wait at least 24 hours after your session before applying it.
  • Sun protection — Avoid prolonged direct sun exposure on the treated area for 24 hours. Wear a hat if needed.
